Grown in the lush highlands of Marcala, La Paz, our Honduras Single-Origin Coffee showcases the dedication of over 1,500 Café Organics Marcala growers, who cultivate each bean with care and tradition. At elevations of 1,300–1,700 meters, these Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica varieties thrive in fertile clay-mineral soil—producing a cup that’s warm, full-bodied, and irresistibly smooth.
Expertly fully washed and sun-dried, this medium-dark roast reveals comforting notes of caramel, spice, and brown sugar, with a round sweetness and gentle richness that lingers long after the last sip.
