Grown between 900–1,590 meters, these Yellow and Red Catuai, Catimor, and Parainema varieties thrive in mineral-rich clay soil, producing a cup that’s both vibrant and beautifully balanced.
Expertly fully washed, fermented for 12–14 hours, and dried on patios and raised beds, this medium roast reveals elegant notes of cocoa, soft florals, and a hint of citrus brightness.
