Grown by the dedicated farmers of the Cooperativa Agrícola de Servicios Norandino at elevations of 1,100–1,700 meters, these Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varieties produce a cup that’s effortlessly smooth and layered with salted caramel richness, silky sweetness, and a hint of citrus zest.
