Grown at 1,100–1,600 meters and produced by the Koperasi Baitul Qiradh Baburrayyan (KBQB) Cooperative, this coffee exemplifies the mastery of Indonesian cultivation. Using the traditional Giling Basah (wet-hulling) process, the result is a cup with medium acidity, a syrupy body, and rich notes of dark chocolate, dried fruit, and earth, leading to a long, lingering finish that’s deeply satisfying and unmistakably Sumatran.
Crafted from the distinctive Tim Tim, Typica, Ateng, Onan Ganjang, and Jember varietals, this origin offers a layered, full-bodied experience—an indulgence of complexity and tradition for those who value authenticity in every sip.
